dir="rtl" align="right"> <p>بغداد/ قتل 78 شخصاً وأصيب نحو 327 آخرون بجروح أمس، في موجة من التفجيرات الدموية هزت مدينة الموصل المضطربة والعاصمة بغداد، أبرزها هجوم بشاحنتين مفخختين دمر 35 منزلاً وألحق أضراراً بجميع منازل قرية الخزنة وشبهه الجرحى بيوم القيامة نظراً لضخامته. <br/>وأفادت مصادر أمنية أن شاحنتين ملغومتين انفجرتا في قرية الخزنة شرق الموصل، ما أدى إلى مقتل 40 شخصاً وإصابة 200 آخرين وتدمير 35 منزلاً في تلك البلدة التي تسكنها طائفة الشبك، التي تتكلم لغة الشبكية الخاصة وهي خليط من لغات تركية فارسية وعربية وكردية وتنتشر في عدد من قرى الموصل ومحافظة نينوى. <br/>إلى ذلك، شهدت بغداد 8 انفجارات بعبوات ناسفة وسيارات مفخخة في أنحاء متفرقة من المدينة راح ضحيتها 38 قتيلاً و127 جريحاً، حيث أدى انفجار سيارة مفخخة مركونة في تجمع لعمال البناء في حي العامل جنوب غرب العاصمة إلى مصرع 18 شخصا وإصابة 46 آخرين بجروح. <br/>كما أسفر انفجار سيارة مفخخة ثانية في تجمع لعمال البناء بمنطقة الشرطة الرابعة جنوب العاصمة أيضاً عن مصرع 11 شخصا وجرح 38 آخرين. <br/>وفي منطقة السيدية، قتل 3 أشخاص وأصيب 14 بينهم أربع نساء في انفجار عبوة ناسفة، كما أصيبت 4 نساء أخريات في انفجار عبوة مماثلة بجانب الطريق في منطقة الكرادة وسط بغداد. <br/>وقتل شخص واحد وأصيب 9 آخرون بجروح في انفجار عبوة ناسفة قرب ساحة ميسلون شرق بغداد، كما أصيب 5 مدنيين بجروح في انفجار عبوة ناسفة في منطقة الحرية شمال غرب بغداد، بينما أصيب 4 أشخاص بانفجار عبوتين ناسفتين بالتتابع في حي راغبة خاتون بالاعظمية شمال العاصمة. <br/>كما أدى انفجار عبوة ناسفة لاصقة بحافلة لنقل الركاب بمنطقة اجكوك بين مدينتي الكاظمية والشعلة شمال بغداد إلى مقتل شخصين وإصابة 7 آخرين بجروح، فيما قتل طفلان شقيقان بانفجار عبوة ناسفة في قرية الحمرة شمال تكريت، وأقدم مسلحون على قتل أحد أفراد الشرطة أثناء عودته إلى منزله في منطقة الركزية شرق مدينة الموصل. <br/>في سياق متصل، اتهم محافظ بغداد صلاح عبد الرزاق، أطرافاً مشاركة بالعملية السياسية وداخل البرلمان بالوقوف وراء موجة التفجيرات بالسيارات المفخخة سعياً للإطاحة برئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي الذي يعد التحسن الأمني أحد أهم إنجازاته. <br/>وقال عبد الرزاق إن أطرافاً سياسية تعمل وفق أجندات خارجية تريد زعزعة الوضع الأمني في هذا التوقيت بالذات قبل إجراء الانتخابات البرلمانية، مضيفاً لدينا معلومات عن تنسيق بين البعثيين وبين هذه الأطراف بهدف إرباك الوضع الأمني في البلاد. <br/>وكشف أن الحكومة العراقية ستتحرك لتفعيل مذكرات الاعتقال بحق بعض السياسيين المتورطين في أعمال العنف واعتقال أي شخصية سياسية يثبت تورطها بهذه الأعمال.</p> <p><a اليوم بين الأحياء السكنية في قرية خزنة التابعة لناحية برطلة والتابعة لقضاء الحمدانية. <br/>بين المصدر إن الحصيلة أولية متوقعاً ارتفاعها نتيجة شدة الانفجار ومكان وقوعه بين الاحياء السكنية دون أن يشير source said. </p> <p>In Baghdad, capital of Iraq, two car bombs targeting construction workers killed at least 17 and wounded another 82, police said. </p> <p>In northern city of Mosul, at least 25 people were killed and 80 others wounded in two truck bomb explosions, according to police source. </p> <p>The attacks took place in Shiite-dominated Kazena village, about 20 km southeast of Mosul in the early morning. هجومين وسط مدينة الموصل . </p> <p>- استشهاد واصابة 160 شخصا جراء انفجار شاحنتين مفخختين في الموصل- </p> <p>استشهد 30 شخصا وأصيب مالايقل عن 130 آخرين جراء انفجار شاحنتين مفخختين فجر اليوم الإثنين في قرية خزنة التي يقطنها الكرد الشبك، التابعة لناحية برطلة شرقي الموصل . <br/>وقال مصدرامني من غرفة عمليات شرطة نينوى فضل عدم الكشف عن اسمه إن الشاحنتين انفجرتا في وقت متزامن وأسفرتا عن تدمير35 منزلا في للعمليات بالتنسيق مع الجهات الامنية والخدمية ومجلس محافظة بغداد لتخصيص حافلات وقطارات لنقل الزائرين قبل وبعد انتهاء زيارة مرقد الامام موسى الكاظم (ع) في ذكرى إستشهاده . <br/>وقال مدير عام الشركة العامة لادارة النقل الخاص عبد الله لعيبي في تصريح صحفي له نشر اليوم الخميس إن الشركة العامة لسكك الحديد ألغت رحلة سير الخطوط الاعتيادية وذلك لانشغال القطارات بنقل أفواج الزائرين . <br/>واضاف لعيبي انه سيتم تسيير القطارات لنقل الزوار من محطة بغداد المركزية الى ساحة عدن ومن ساحة عدن الى ام الطبول وابو دشير والتاجي وحسب الزخم .</p> </p></div> <p>وأوضح  أن عمليات بغداد قررت منع حركة الدراجات النارية بمختلف أنواعِها والعربات المسحوبة في جميع مناطق بغداد إعتباراً من صباح الخميس (16/7/2009) وحتى صباح الاحد (19/7/2009) بمناسبة قرب حلول ذكرى وفاة الامام موسى الكاظم. </p> <p>وتنطلق مسيرات راجلة تنظمها المكاتب والجمعيات الدينية من بغداد والمحافظات الوسطى والجنوبية لمدينة الكاظمية لاحياء ذكرى وفاة موسى الكاظم التي تصادف يوم السبت المقبل. </p> <p>ونُصبت سرادق ولافتات سوداء علقت عليها وعلى جدران تنعى الامام الكاظم بذكرى وفاته على الطرقات في بغداد والطرق المؤدية الى بغداد من المحافظات الاخرى كمواقف استراحة للسائرين على الاقدام، فيما تتواجد قوة من الشرطة او الجيش قرب كل سردق. </p> <p>وكان عطا قال الاثنين (13/7/2009) إن القيادة وضعت خطة امنية وخدمية بالتعاون مع الوزارات والدوائر الخدمية لتأمين زيارة الامام موسى الكاظم، مبينا أن الخطط  الامنية مدعومة بتغطية جوية عراقية وكادر تفتيش نسائي مكثف، دون الحاجة الى الاستعانة بالقوات الامريكية. </p> <p>والامام الكاظم هو سابع أئمة ال بيت النبي محمد بن عبد الله (ص) لدى المسلمين الشيعة الامامية الآثني عشرية، وهو موسى بن جعفر بن محمد بن علي بن الحسين <blockquote><p>“Many Americans who voted for Barack Obama last November continue to believe he will do the right thing in Iraq. The reality is that, unless forced to do so from below, there will be none of the promised "change" in US foreign policy. Those on the receiving end of US policy in the Middle East, Iraq in particular, know this better than most Americans.” </p> </blockquote> <p>The US occupation of Iraq, which has become the full responsibility of President Barack Obama, is once again a bloodbath. Not that it had ceased to be violent, brutal and chaotic, for not one day has passed since the US invasion of Iraq was launched that hasn’t found several Iraqis being senselessly slaughtered. But rather than talking about three Iraqis being killed today, or two dozen, we are again talking about several dozen, and over 100 wounded, as we are seeing recently. Each of these Iraqis have been killed as a direct result of the US occupation of Iraq – their blood splattered on the hands of President Obama, who, during a visit to Baghdad’s airport on April 7, praised the US military for their "extraordinary achievement" in Iraq.</p> <p>On April 23, over 73 Iraqis were killed in two separate suicide attacks. One bomber detonated his explosives in central Baghdad as a group of policemen were distributing relief supplies to Iraqis who had been driven from their homes during the US-fomented sectarian bloodshed of 2006 to mid-2007. Police said that at least 50 people were wounded; at least five children and one woman were among the dead. </p> <p>A second major suicide bombing occurred that day as well, near Muqdadiya, about 50 miles north of Baghdad. The bomber targeted Iranian pilgrims who were in a restaurant, killing at least 45 and wounding over 60. The Shiite pilgrims were visiting Shia religious sites in Iraq.</p> <p>The bombings reek of al-Qaeda in Iraq – whose operations were brought to a standstill thanks to both the Iraqi resistance and the al-Sahwa (US-created Sunni militia comprised mostly of former resistance fighters, who were largely abandoned by the US military and are now being attacked by the Iraqi government). The Sahwa have been abandoning their security posts in protest at having not been paid by the Iraqi government for their work, as well as in protest of the ongoing targeting of their leaders by the government. Prime Minister Maliki perceives the Sahwa as a political threat to the existence of his government, so has taken it upon himself to undermine their existence at every turn, as he has from the align="right"> <p>أكد الناطق الرسمي باسم خطة فرض القانون اللواء قاسم عطا ان التفجير الذي راح ضحيته العشرات من الشهداء والجرحى في الكاظمية نفذته امرأة انتحارية. <br/>وقال عطا في تصريح صحفي اليوم الاحد إن إمرأة ترتدي حزاما ناسفا تمكنت من الوصول الى أحد الحواجز الامنية القريبة من الصحن الكاظمي الشريف، مشيرا الى انها فجرت نفسها بين حشود الزائرين. <br/>وأوضح عطا أن الفرق الطبية والدفاع المدني المتواجدة في المنطقة أسعفت الجرحى قبل نقلهم الى المستشفيات القريبة من مكان وقوع الحادث. <br/>واشار عطا الى أن الاجراءات الامنية المتبعة في الكاظمية خلال ايام محرم الحرام ما زالت مستمرة وتسير وفق ما هو مخطط
