It’s a drawing of Winnie the Pooh stuck in a rabbit hole, Christopher Robin and all his woodland friends pitching together to try and pull him out of it. I keep this picture close because it reminds me that depression is a bit like being stuck in a hole - a deep, dark, bottomless hole - and the only way out of it is to tell someone; to tell someone and then let them try to pull you out of it, be it with love or hugs or simple text messages letting you know that you are loved. That you are not alone. That this too shall pass.</p> <p>I mention this because depression is dangerous if you don’t tell someone about it.
