vise &agrave; questionner, analyser et revisiter la &laquo;&nbsp;camerounisation&nbsp;&raquo; de la communication des organisations dans ses divers aspects ( les acteurs&nbsp;; les discours&nbsp;; les dispositifs de communication (m&eacute;dias et hors m&eacute;dias)&nbsp;; le sens et la/les signification&middot;s donn&eacute;&middot;e&middot;s aux pratiques et interactions de communication en son sein et entre l&rsquo;organisation et ses divers publics&nbsp;; la participation de la communication (verbale ou non verbale&nbsp;; formelle ou informelle) &agrave; construction/d&eacute;construction/reconstruction de l&rsquo;image de l&rsquo;organisation et de la r&eacute;alit&eacute; sociale.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">L&rsquo;inscription de l&rsquo;organisation dans le paradigme de la complexit&eacute; (Morin E. 1991) induit par effet d&rsquo;osmose la complexit&eacute; de la communication des organisations. Les hommes se r&eacute;unissant en vue d&rsquo;une activit&eacute; organis&eacute;e, la communication est au c&oelig;ur des principes et des pratiques qui fondent la coordination entre les acteurs internes et/ou externes de l&rsquo;organisation. Au plan th&eacute;orique et pratique, la communication des organisations &eacute;tudie et met en &oelig;uvre les principes qui fondent la coordination entre les parties prenantes. L&rsquo;&eacute;tude d&rsquo;exemples r&eacute;els, de &laquo;&nbsp;cas d&rsquo;organisations&nbsp;&raquo;, d&rsquo;articles de presse, permet d&rsquo;observer une communication complexe, dont une partie globalement ma&icirc;tris&eacute;e (formelle), vise &agrave; l&rsquo;information et &agrave; l&rsquo;efficacit&eacute;, tandis que l&rsquo;autre est plus spontan&eacute;e (informelle (M&eacute;tot&eacute; C. 2024)&nbsp;; anthropologique&nbsp;; kin&eacute;sique (Ray Birdwhistell)&nbsp;; prox&eacute;mique (E.&nbsp;T.&nbsp;Hall), etc.) concourt au maintien du lien social. La communication organis&eacute;e et la communication informelle cohabitent et sont compl&eacute;mentaires. L&rsquo;action collective organis&eacute;e &eacute;tant selon Crozier M. et Friedberg E. (1977) un construit social, l&rsquo;organisation est donc un instrument que les acteurs sociaux se sont forg&eacute;s pour r&eacute;gler leurs interactions de fa&ccedil;on &agrave; obtenir le minimum de coop&eacute;ration n&eacute;cessaire &agrave; la poursuite d&rsquo;objectifs collectifs tout en maintenant leur autonomie d&rsquo;agents relativement libres.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Les diff&eacute;rents acteurs participent de ce fait &agrave; la continuit&eacute; et &agrave; la discontinuit&eacute; de la&nbsp;construction, de la d&eacute;construction et de la reconstruction sociale (Berger P., Luckmann T. 2006&nbsp;; Morin E.,1991&nbsp;; Derrida J. 1972) de la&nbsp;r&eacute;alit&eacute; organisationnelle. Dans le contexte actuel, face aux avanc&eacute;es, aux continuit&eacute;s et aux discontinuit&eacute;s connues par la &laquo;&nbsp;camerounisation&nbsp;&raquo; de la communication des organisations (Le Secr&eacute;tariat de l&rsquo;Assembl&eacute;e Nationale de la R&eacute;publique Unie du Cameroun, 1978, p.&nbsp;149&nbsp;; Bot&eacute;t&eacute;m&eacute; M. B., 2015), il devient urgent de cerner la complexit&eacute; et d&rsquo;appr&eacute;hender les m&eacute;andres de la communication interne et externe selon les sp&eacute;cificit&eacute;s de l&rsquo;organisation. Par ailleurs, il est utile d&rsquo;en d&eacute;nouer les probl&egrave;mes pos&eacute;s&nbsp;; de questionner les discours, les interactions, les pratiques et les dispositifs de communication tout en tenant compte des contingences socioculturels, sociopolitiques, socio-&eacute;conomiques, sociotechniques et socio-technologiques qui ont une pr&eacute;gnance sur l&rsquo;organisation.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Le foisonnement des &eacute;tudes et des recherches universitaires sur la communication des organisations montre l&rsquo;int&eacute;r&ecirc;t de plus en plus grandissant &agrave; elle accord&eacute;e au plan th&eacute;orique par les chercheurs et au plan pratique pour sa place devenue incontournable au sein des organisations (marchandes ou non marchandes).&nbsp;L&rsquo;imp&eacute;ratif de se montrer et de se relater avec son environnement et ses cibles est incompressible (Weil P. 1990, pp.&nbsp;45-103). Les questionnements de cette sp&eacute;cialit&eacute; du sous-champ des SIC (Sciences de l&rsquo;Information et de la Communication) portent sur les acteurs, les discours, les interactions, les pratiques, les dispositifs, la visibilit&eacute;, l&rsquo;image de l&rsquo;organisation, la confiance, les politiques, les strat&eacute;gies et l&rsquo;analyse des communications mises en &oelig;uvre par/pour les organisations en leur sein. Ces &eacute;tudes visent &agrave; comprendre les organisations, leur fonctionnement et leurs dynamiques &agrave; partir des ph&eacute;nom&egrave;nes de communication qui les structurent (Bouillon J.-L., Bourdin S., Loneux C. 2007, p.&nbsp;7). La communication des organisations s&rsquo;inscrit au c&oelig;ur de l&rsquo;interdisciplinarit&eacute; (Mi&egrave;ge B., 2005) et de la transdisciplinarit&eacute; (Bertrand J. P. 1996) qui caract&eacute;risent les SIC et elle b&eacute;n&eacute;ficie de l&rsquo;enrichissement des th&eacute;ories des disciplines que sont&nbsp;: la sociologie, la linguistique, la psychologie, la psychosociologie, la gestion, etc.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Pour Daniel T. (1998, p.&nbsp;28), on utilisera plus spontan&eacute;ment la terminologie &laquo;&nbsp;<em>communication des organisations&nbsp;</em>&raquo; pour d&eacute;signer l&rsquo;approche de la communication comme &eacute;l&eacute;ment structurant toute organisation. La communication organisationnelle s&rsquo;int&eacute;resse au contenu et aux modalit&eacute;s des actes de communication dans les organisations et cherche &agrave; comprendre le r&ocirc;le de ces derniers dans les situations de travail et de coop&eacute;ration (BOUZON A., 2006, p.&nbsp;12). La communication organisationnelle traite du r&ocirc;le des messages, des significations et des flux d&rsquo;informations &agrave; l&rsquo;int&eacute;rieur, &agrave; l&rsquo;ext&eacute;rieur et entre les organisations. L&rsquo;int&eacute;r&ecirc;t est &eacute;galement port&eacute; ici &agrave; la fois sur les analyses th&eacute;oriques et appliqu&eacute;es qui concernent le r&ocirc;le de la communication dans le fonctionnement d&rsquo;organisations complexes et sur l&rsquo;&eacute;tude des microph&eacute;nom&egrave;nes comme la n&eacute;gociation et les tactiques de marchandage, la communication entre sup&eacute;rieur et subordonn&eacute; &agrave; la prise de d&eacute;cision, l&rsquo;entretien, les ph&eacute;nom&egrave;nes d&rsquo;assimilation, le feedback concernant la performance, le pouvoir et l&rsquo;influence et les comp&eacute;tences de communication. &Agrave; un niveau plus large, c&rsquo;est aussi l&rsquo;&eacute;tude du climat et de la culture des organisations, les r&eacute;seaux &eacute;mergents, les environnements informationnels, les discours institutionnels, la communication et la productivit&eacute;, les technologies de l&rsquo;information, la communication interculturelle dans les environnements organisationnels (International Communication Association est une importante association de chercheurs en communication am&eacute;ricaine dont la division 4 concerne la communication organisationnelle) (Bernard F. 1998, pp.&nbsp;199-200). Le champ de la communication organisationnelle &eacute;tant de ce fait &eacute;tendu et vari&eacute;, il n&rsquo;est pas facile de le cerner d&egrave;s le premier jet.&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal">De cette complexit&eacute; de l&rsquo;organisation et de la vastitude du champ de la communication dans, par et sur l&rsquo;organisation, Fran&ccedil;oise B. (1998, p.&nbsp;49) trouve que la d&eacute;finition de la communication organisationnelle pose probl&egrave;me quant aux objets, aux cat&eacute;gories, aux m&eacute;thodologies et aux probl&eacute;matisations. Ce constat l&rsquo;encourage &agrave; proposer deux d&eacute;finitions provisoires et &eacute;largies de la communication organisationnelle du point de vue des pratiques et du point de vue des th&eacute;ories&nbsp;:</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&uuml;&nbsp;Du point de vue des pratiques, la communication organisationnelle ne se confond pas avec la somme des communications de l&rsquo;entreprise &agrave; savoir&nbsp;: communication institutionnelle, communication commerciale, communication financi&egrave;re, communication fonctionnelle, communication repr&eacute;sentative des salari&eacute;s, communication sociale, etc.). Elle est plus que la somme de ces communications d&rsquo;entreprises parce qu&rsquo;elle int&egrave;gre des processus communicationnels &eacute;mergents, c&rsquo;est-&agrave;-dire des actes et des &eacute;v&egrave;nements communicationnels non prescrits, non possibles, contingents, g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement peu identifi&eacute;s et peu analys&eacute;s.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&uuml;&nbsp;Du point de vue des th&eacute;ories, la communication organisationnelle ne se confond pas avec la somme des th&eacute;ories de la communication et des th&eacute;ories de l&rsquo;organisation. Elle est plus que la somme en ce sens que de nombreuses th&eacute;orisations issues des sciences humaines et sociales en &eacute;largissent l&rsquo;approche scientifique.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Selon cette approche de d&eacute;finition propos&eacute;e par Fran&ccedil;oise&nbsp;B. (1998, p.&nbsp;49), la communication organisationnelle est alors un concept polys&eacute;mique. Il n&rsquo;y aurait pas une communication organisationnelle mais autant de communications organisationnelles qu&rsquo;il y a d&rsquo;organisations communiquant concr&egrave;tement. Toute organisation &eacute;labore sa communication selon ses objectifs, sa sp&eacute;cificit&eacute;, ses aspirations et selon l&rsquo;orientation indiqu&eacute;e par sa politique.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Plusieurs auteurs locaux ont conceptualis&eacute; et &laquo;&nbsp;camerounis&eacute;&nbsp;&raquo; la communication des organisations. Ces &eacute;tudes, tr&egrave;s souvent men&eacute;es &laquo;&nbsp;dans des organisations en contexte contraint&nbsp;&raquo; (Kemayou L. R. 2021) ont permis de mettre en relief divers objets de recherche tr&egrave;s souvent manipul&eacute;s par les chercheurs&nbsp;camerounais dans une approche interdisciplinaire. Pour Kemayou L. R. (2005, pp.&nbsp;242-258), la communication organisationnelle s&rsquo;entend &laquo;&nbsp;au sens intersubjectif d&rsquo;une part, comme la circulation et l&rsquo;&eacute;change symbolique par lesquels, institutions, organismes publics, associations ou acteurs priv&eacute;s tentent de circonvenir leurs diff&eacute;rents publics, exprimant leur identit&eacute; et leur personnalit&eacute; et d&rsquo;autre part au sens m&eacute;diatis&eacute;, comme celle qui les met en sc&egrave;ne dans l&rsquo;espace public aux fins de f&eacute;d&eacute;rer ou d&rsquo;emporter l&rsquo;adh&eacute;sion des sujets singuliers de la socialit&eacute;&nbsp;&raquo;. Boyomo A. L. C. (2012, p.&nbsp;144) quant &agrave; lui, dit de la communication des organisations qu&rsquo;&nbsp;: &laquo;&nbsp;elle est donc le processus d&rsquo;&eacute;coute et d&rsquo;&eacute;mission de messages et de signes &agrave; destination de publics particuliers et visant &agrave; l&rsquo;am&eacute;lioration de l&rsquo;image, au renforcement de ses relations, &agrave; la promotion de ses produits ou services et &agrave; la d&eacute;fense de ses int&eacute;r&ecirc;ts&nbsp;&raquo;. D&rsquo;autres concepts manipul&eacute;s par une pluralit&eacute; de chercheurs portent sur&nbsp;: l&rsquo;organisation comme entit&eacute; &eacute;mettrice des messages (que dit l&rsquo;organisation de ce qu&rsquo;elle est&nbsp;? Que dit-elle de ce qu&rsquo;elle fait&nbsp;? Quelle image l&rsquo;organisation donne-t-elle &agrave; voir&nbsp;(tension entre les &eacute;l&eacute;ments du triptyque image souhait&eacute;e - image r&eacute;elle et image per&ccedil;ue (Whestphalen M. H. et Libaert T., 2009)&nbsp;; les acteurs (internes ou externes) &agrave; l&rsquo;organisation (qui sont-ils et comment communiquent-ils&nbsp;?)&nbsp;; Les pratiques de communication (&agrave; la fois formelles et/ou informelles (M&eacute;tot&eacute; C., Bot&eacute;t&eacute;m&eacute; M. B., 2024)&nbsp;; les politiques publiques/priv&eacute;es de communication&nbsp;(de plus en plus r&eacute;ajust&eacute;es par les contingences de l&rsquo;environnement) (Kemayou L. R. 2015&nbsp;; 2021)&nbsp;; les dispositifs techniques (Temadjo J., Bodiong W. D., 2015), structurels, infrastructurels, infostructurels, technostructurels et r&egrave;glementaires de communication (Temadjo J., Tagmeni T. C. L. 2020&nbsp;; Temadjo J. 2021&nbsp;; 2024)&nbsp;; les strat&eacute;gies de communication (Bot&eacute;t&eacute;m&eacute; M.
