الرافدين في البرلمان يونادم كنا تشكيل أية قوة عسكرية او ميليشيا ذات طابع ديني او قومي مخالفا للدستور مؤكدا ان حماية الاماكن المقدسة هو من مسؤولية الدولة في وقت بدأت أحزاب وجهات مسيحية بتشكيل قوة عسكرية خاصة لحماية الكنائس والأماكن المقدسة التابعة للمكون المسيحي، بعد استحصال الموافقات الرسمية لتسجيل القوة.</p> </p></div> <p> <span id="more-13321"></span> <div style="text-align: right; unicode-bidi: bidi-override; direction: rtl"> <p> وقال كنا لـ(المواطن) ان تشكيل أية ميليشيات من قبل الاحزاب من اجل حماية الاماكن المقدسة غير مقبول ومرفوض ويجب ان نلجأ الى الدولة والقانون بحيث يكون السلاح بيدها فقط ، مؤكدا إن الدولة مسؤولة قانونيا عن امن وحماية المواطن العراقي بغض النظر عن قوميته ودينه وكذلك الاماكن الدينية ودور العبادة .واكد ان تشكيل أية قوة عسكرية ذات طابع ديني أو قومي يعد مخالفا للدستور ، مضيفا اننا نحمل الحكومة مسؤولية حماية العراقيين باعتبار اننا صوتنا لها وهي تمتلك الشرعية للقيام بهذا الواجب.وكان عضو الحزب الوطني الآشوري في دهوك ماجد ايليا قد قال في حديث اذاعي أن سبعة احزاب مسيحية دعت قبل فترة الى تشكيل القوة العسكرية الخاصة بالمسيحيين. وأضاف «نحن مع تشكيل هذه القوة، ونرى انها ضرورية لأن المسيحيين في العراق صاروا مستهدفين من قبل أطراف وجماعات إرهابية، ونحن نرى ان على المسيحيين ان يقوموا بحماية أنفسهم ضمن إطار قانوني وعسكري».وذكر ايليا ان عدم ثقتهم بقدرة الشرطة العراقية كان سبباً آخر دفع بهم الى تشكيل هذه القوة العسكرية التي ستقوم بحماية الأماكن المقدسة وخاصة في المناسبات الدينية، مشيراً الى انهم قدموا هذا المشروع قبل شهرين الى الحكومة العراقية التي وافقت عليه، وأكد ان بعض الأفراد من حزبه التحق بهذه القوة العسكرية التي بدأ التسجيل فيها منذ فترة وجيزة.ورداً على سؤال بشان احتمال خروج هذه القوة عن السيطرة، وامكانية ان تستغل من قبل اطراف سياسية داخلية او خارجية لتنفيذ اجندات خاصة، قال ايليا:«إننا لا نخشى ان تتدخل في القوة أية قوى خارجية او داخلية لأنها ستكون مرتبطة بالحكومة العراقية المركزية».وبالرغم من ان أغلبية الأطراف والأحزاب المسيحية أيدت فكرة تشكيل هذه القوة، الا ان إطرافاً اخرى أبدت تحفظاً عليها، منها حزب بيت النهرين الذي يرى ان
