Otherwise, any arbitration between you and Freshworks will be governed by the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and will be held in the English language in London, United Kingdom.</p> <p><strong>10.4 No Class Actions. </strong>YOU AND FRESHWORKS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
