I win fights and I´ll get there.”</p> </div> <div class="mainEvent_text"> <p>After claiming a unanimous decision over Wanderlei Silva at UFC 79, Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell is ready to climb back into the octagon, continuing his crusade to regain his UFC Light Heavyweight Title. On September 6, Chuck (22-5) faces off with Rasheed “Sugar” Evans (16-0) at Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.</p> <p>In UFC 88: Breakthrough, Iceman intends to sour Sugar´s undefeated record. The showdown was originally scheduled for June, but postponed when Chuck suffered a torn hamstring. In anticipation of UFC 88, Iceman sat down with Sugar for a pre-fight press conference. Chuck quelled any concerns about the injury that sidelined him for UFC 79. Chuck unequivocally stated:</p> <p>“I stayed training the whole time I was rehabbing. I was swimming… I was hitting the mitts. There is not too much I need to do about getting motivated to fight. I love fighting. I get excited about every fight I go into. I want to get my title back. I will be strong coming in… I want to be the first one to give him a loss.”</p> <p>Sugar rose through the ranks by winning the “The Ultimate Fighter” in the heavyweight division. While undefeated, he hasn´t faced The Iceman. His last ring time was in December 2007 where he won a decision over Michael Bisping at UFC 78.
