邯郸西部一带城乡百姓有过元霄佳节荡秋千的习俗。时节自正月初十搭秋千架开始，荡秋千的高潮却是在正月十四、十五两日。每逢元霄佳节前后，邯郸西部一带的百姓便家家产户搭起秋千架，老老少少的人们与青壮年人一同荡秋千。至此时，每个村镇还将自行或与相邻村镇举行荡秋千比赛，这个习俗倒颇有些象朝鲜民族的习俗。荡秋千有单人荡、双人荡、坐荡、立荡等几种形式。平常的荡法比较简便，但此地还有比较特殊的秋千，一是荡木驴，一是过梁悠，一是板不煞。过梁悠和板不煞比较复杂，可荡出花样，秋千的架法也与平常不同。由于荡秋千既可锻炼身体，又能增添娱乐气氛，所以，邯郸一带的荡秋千活动持续传到如今，是一种群众喜闻乐见的形式。</FONT></P><P><b>冀南扇鼓舞</b></P><P class=height22px><FONT face=宋体>   <SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"><FONT size=3>　在邯郸、邢台以及石家庄所辖的一些县市，每逢举行民间庙会，有以扇鼓舞做为敬神舞蹈的习俗。扇鼓舞又叫打扇鼓，使用扇鼓、马鞭这<SPAN lang=EN-US>2种道具，扇鼓由鼓面和鼓把组成，鼓面是一个圆铁环，其上张覆羊皮，鼓把是一铁棍，下端有铁环，环上挂小铜铃，其形颇像团扇，故称扇鼓。打扇鼓时，舞者左手持鼓，右手握鞭，随舞步节奏边移进边晃动扇鼓，使把上装饰的铜铃发出响声，同时按音响节奏以鞭击鼓，作出各种舞蹈动作。打扇鼓载歌载舞，参演人数一般不少于8人，演出者不受性别和年龄的限制，但冀南地区每逢庙会，打扇鼓者多为中老年妇女，她们抛开平日繁多的家务和顾忌一舞开怀，因而打扇鼓又被说成是冀南农妇的狂欢节。每逢庙会举行，各种扇鼓的剧目就铺开来演。剧目一般是情节完整、故事性较强的历史传说形成的戏曲故事，上演较多的剧目有《接总兵》、《接天兵天将》、《接九家仙姑》等，均是颇受农民群众喜爱的剧目。</SPAN></FONT></SPAN></FONT>
