worked with OPERAS by facilitating workshops with colleagues from the wider Copim community, and we are looking forward to working in greater proximity with OPERAS to galvanise the community’s endeavour to support Diamond open access for books. </p> </blockquote> <p>Kevin Sanders, their Open Access Engagement Lead, attended the 2024 OPERAS conference in Zadar, and was welcomed by the community and has started to develop relationships from connections made there. Kevin is keen to work with librarian colleagues across OPERAS, and to work together as a community to support the sustainability of Diamond open access books that enhance equity and increase bibliodiversity.</p> <p>Open Book Collective will contribute to the OA Business Models, Advocacy, and OABN Special Interest Groups.</p> <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity" /> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">OPERAS </h2> <p>OPERAS is the Research Infrastructure supporting open scholarly communication in the social sciences and humanities (SSH) in the European Research Area.
