width="640px"/></p><p>沈辉主任在演讲报告中首先回顾了光伏产业的辉煌历程，从光电化学效应的发现到光伏效应的逐步认识，再到1954年人类研制出第一块晶体硅太阳电池，以及之后的发展里程碑，每一步都凝聚着科学家和技术工程师们的智慧与汗水。他强调，光伏电池的发展始终围绕半导体材料、p-n结和欧姆接触这三个核心要素展开。经历多个技术周期和发展阶段，硅基太阳电池始终展现出强大的生命力和市场竞争力。当然，对应于多样化的应用需求，薄膜太阳电池也有很好的发展潜力。</p><p
