Slinin)在去年年底当选管委会董事,他在2020年发送给邻居的信件里报告该建筑的保险费用已在两年内增加了300%。管委会发出的一封信函表示,保费暴涨的部分原因是消防喷淋系统的一次触发,以及2018年发生的另外两次“与水有关的事故”,使该建筑的承保损失约达970万美元。</div><div
