It looks like Verizon reclaimed my space without telling me. Fortunately, I have a backup, and will post a copy to Github in the next few days. I’ll then update this page to point there. FDC is not under active development at this time (it’s basically developed to the level I wanted it to be; and for that matter OCLC has made its DDC more open since I started this project). But I’m still happy to have folks use it, copy it, and remix it as they see fit.
