Agency rulemaking is governed by Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, the Administrative Procedures Act. Rules are published in the Florida Administrative Code. The program is also responsible for publishing the Florida Administrative Register</p> <p style="margin-top: 15px;">The mission of the section is to file, preserve and make available to the public the rules and other public records it receives. To guide State agencies, staff provide training and consultation with respect to the requirements for filing rules and publishing rule, meeting and other notices.
