She has also designed the medium-term services strategy of an integrated company within the energy sector in the Americas and has led a capital-markets diagnostic for a leading company in Latin America within the basic-materials sector to plan its medium-term strategy.<br/> <br/> Valentina is deeply committed to developing women leaders in Mexico, helping to foster local connections and deliver programs to help women connect, learn, and grow.<br/> <br/> Prior to McKinsey, Valentia was an attorney in Mexico City.
