the selected papers to be published in Springer or any of the journals, but the final decision will be</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;">made by the conference technical program chairs.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;">The symposium organizer will receive a certificate for managing the symposium.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #000000;">The university or institute of the symposium organizer can be introduced as one of the symposium organizers and will be mentioned on the conference proceedings, Springer CCIS Book Series (Indexed in Scopus), conference Website, and announces of the conference in international
