It's part of our long-term strategy to ensure a talent pipeline for Qantas and the wider industry. The Academy also aims to increase the proportion of female and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander pilots in the industry.</p> <p>In February 2023 we relaunched the Qantas Regional Grants Program to support not-for-profit groups and projects directly benefiting regional Australia. In 2024, 28 regional community groups from around Australia will benefit from a share of $2 million.</p> <p>Over the past years, the grants have supported more than 80 not-for-profit groups and projects across regional Australia, giving $5 million in grants since the program launched in 2019. </p> <p>These
