The main elevation of the existing three-story, low-rise building is now sitting behind construction netting and scaffolding, and it will soon be demolished to make way for the planned 40-story mixed-use replacement. <a href="https://newyorkyimby.com/category/hill-west-architects">Hill West Architects</a> is the designer of the project, while David Schwarz of <a href="https://newyorkyimby.com/category/slate-property-group">Slate Property Group</a> will develop the structure.
