<p><strong>Corus-wide DEI Education has begun to roll out</strong></p> <p>Common language and understanding of terms and themes will ensure we can have meaningful conversations about DEI and how to make our company better.</p> <p>The full DEI education program consists of three modules focused on DEI fundamentals and anti-racism education for all employees, plus a fourth module about inclusive leadership specifically for people leaders. We began to roll out modules one and two last quarter, with sessions held so far with the Executive Leadership Team, SVPs, CEO Forum and People Team Business Partners. The modules were also piloted with the DEI Council.</p> <p><strong>Creative Diversity Project is moving into the next phase<br> </strong>In September, the DEI team added a new role to support our content teams in honing a Corus-wide creative diversity plan. The first phase of this project, mapping out the current state, is now almost complete.</p> <p>The current state report will be presented to all stakeholders this quarter, and working sessions will take place with each business area to determine the desired future state, create action plans, and develop communications.</p> <p><strong>New Corus Scholarship Program has been launched<br> </strong>The Corus Scholarship Program is a new initiative in development to support the talent pipeline in radio and television broadcasting through two new scholarships.</p> <p>Both opportunities include a financial contribution to school costs (or to support students in their final year of studies), a paid internship, and career mentorship, and are focused on building the media careers of
