1 Corinthians 6:18-20)</span></p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-1.htm"><b>1</b></a></span>Therefore I exhort you, brothers, through the compassions of God, to present your bodies <i>as a</i> living sacrifice, holy to God, well-pleasing, which is your reasonable service. <span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-2.htm"><b>2</b></a></span>And do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of the mind, for you to prove what <i>is</i> the good and well-pleasing and perfect will of God. </p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-3.htm"><b>3</b></a></span>For through the grace having been given to me, I say to everyone being among you, not to be high-minded above what it behooves <i>you</i> to think, but to think so as to be sober-minded, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith. <span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-4.htm"><b>4</b></a></span>For just as in one body we have many members, and not all the members have the same function, <span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-5.htm"><b>5</b></a></span>so we, the many, are one body in Christ; and individually members one of another. </p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-6.htm"><b>6</b></a></span>And we are having different gifts according to the grace having been given to us: if prophecy, according to the proportion of the faith; <span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-7.htm"><b>7</b></a></span>or service, in the service; or teaching, in the teaching; <span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-8.htm"><b>8</b></a></span>or exhorting, in the exhortation; giving, in generosity; leading, in diligence; showing mercy, in cheerfulness. </p><p class="hdg">Love, Zeal, Hope, Hospitality<br /><span class="cross">(John 13:31-35; 1 John 3:11-24)</span></p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-9.htm"><b>9</b></a></span><i>Let</i> love <i>be</i> unfeigned: abhorring evil, cleaving to good, <span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-10.htm"><b>10</b></a></span>devoted to one another in brotherly love, esteeming one another in honor, <span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-11.htm"><b>11</b></a></span>not lagging in diligence, being fervent in spirit, serving the Lord, <span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-12.htm"><b>12</b></a></span>rejoicing in hope, being patient in tribulation, being constant in prayer, <span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-13.htm"><b>13</b></a></span>contributing to the needs of the saints, pursuing hospitality. </p><p class="hdg">Forgiveness<br /><span class="cross">(Matthew 18:21-35)</span></p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-14.htm"><b>14</b></a></span>Bless those persecuting you. Bless and do not curse; <span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-15.htm"><b>15</b></a></span>to rejoice with the rejoicing, to weep with the weeping; <span class="reftext"><a href="/romans/12-16.htm"><b>16</b></a></span>minding the same thing toward one another, not minding the things haughty, but going along with the lowly.
