I'm capable of getting my workflow running after signing in. That only takes me a couple or so minutes with very little learning curve. I can make the tool more robust by putting in formulas to both the workflows and forms. Aside from the system, I had a great experience with their technical product team.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> While the formulas seem robust and very much similar to DAX, it would be beneficial if there are lots of hints in the system. This will definitely help you explore whether the formula you came up with is right or wrong. Their support is highly responsive and effective. Creating and updating workflows is easy and allows us to gain a bit of independence. The Mobile App gives us room for freedom since we're a multinational firm with users that are constantly on the move.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I've never encountered anything negative issues (in terms of experience) thus far. The only teeny issue I'm facing is receiving alerts on downtime. Once you're through the process creation, you won't have to waste valuable time training people since the apps themselves explains it all. Even a toddler can weave around it.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Kissflow lacks the KPI monitoring inside. Its graphics are hard to handle. Data exporting requires some skillset. Supervising tasks that have been opened can be challengining. The app should allow for further customization in the overview section most especially on task tracking designated to users. You have the ability to design any kind of process if you're not happy with the current type and number of processes. Their IT team is very responsive. It'll work superbly well if a PO is approved. It did an excellent job in converting flow diagrams into steps that are actionable for owners. This made it possible for our team to remain consistent without having to do a lot of heavy lifting.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Running a small team, everyone has the right to look into their status of just about anything. That means being update with every project done or being done. Only the individual who started the flow can keep track of the progress made across tasks. Managing workflow has never been this easy. Props to the support team who's always there when you need them most. A majority of people can log right in without running through any issue. Previously, we struggled with the tedious e-mail process. We had to log just about everything after makig a request approval. It was simply unecessary. But this changed all that.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> So far, we've yet to encounter enything negative. I'll keep in mind any issues that I have with this tool in the near future.
