but David learned of this and went out to face them. <A name="10"></a><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/1_chronicles/14-9.htm"><b>9</b></a></span>Now the Philistines had come and raided the Valley of Rephaim. <A name="11"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/1_chronicles/14-10.htm"><b>10</b></a></span>So David inquired of God, “Should I go up against the Philistines?
