/>一种垫片冲压设备，其特征在于，包括活塞杆部件和气缸，所述气缸呈L型，活塞杆部件底端的活塞可在气缸的竖直空腔内上下滑动，在气缸的水平空腔内设有模具的一部分；所述模具包括压板，所述压板与管道内壁密封可移动接触，<br />主要是将金属或非金属板料，借助压力机的压力，通过冲压模具冲压加工成形的，它主要有以下特点：</p><p>⑴ 冲压件是在材料消耗不大的前提下，经冲压制造出来的，其零件重量轻、刚度好，并且板料经过塑性变形后，金属内部的组织结构得到改善，使冲压件强度有所提高。</p><p>⑵冲压件具有较高的尺寸精度，同模件尺寸均匀一致，有较好的互换性。不需要进一步机械加工即可满足一般的装配和使用要求。</p><p>⑶冲压件在冲压过程中，由于材料的表面不受破坏，故有较好的表面质量，外观光滑美观，这为表面喷漆、电镀、磷化及其他表面处理提供了方便条件。</p><p>优点：(1)、原材料全部采用标准方坯，材质稳定可靠；<br />(2)、毛坯平整度和椭圆度均可控制，做到加工量的小化；<br />(3)、毛坯加工精度高，机加工效率提升50%；<br />(4)、成材率高，料比达到1.25－1.35；<br />(5)、新研发的凸面法兰毛坯产品与传统工艺相比，节约原材料24%左右；<br />(6)、节能降耗，新工艺与传统工艺相比生产每吨法兰，可节约煤耗60%，电耗40%；<br />(7)、可根据客户要求任意调整尺寸。
