WIPO recommends that vendors <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20180612085320/https://ungm.in-tend.co.uk/wipo/aspx/Registration" target="_blank">register on our procurement platform In-tend</a> so as to increase their chances of being invited to Limited Tenders.</p> <p>For purchases with an estimated value of CHF 150,000 or above, tenders are publicly advertised through an Open International Tender.</p> <p>WIPO may identify vendors to be invited to a tender by issuing a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI).
