(This was sent out to all parents in July 2023)</p> <p>All parents/guardians must complete the<span style="color: #000000;"> <strong>online enrolment form and settle payment for their first payment (if paying by standing order)</strong></span> to re-enrol existing students or a new student into the Madressa.</p> <p>The fees for the Academic Year 2024/2025 is:<span style="color: #ff6600;"> <span style="color: #000000;"><strong>拢225 per child</strong></span></span> and there is an option to pay either the full amount or split the payment over <span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong> <span style="color: #000000;">10 months (拢22.50 per month)</span></strong><span style="color: #000000;">.</span></span></p> <p>Please note, upon successful enrolment into Madressa, whether fees are paid either by instalment or in full, fees are non-refundable as set out in the Madressa Admissions and Fee policy.</p> <p><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Minimum Age Criteria</span>:</strong> Children must have reached the age of<strong><span style="color: #000000;"> 4 </span><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>p</strong>rior to 1 September 2024</span> </strong>to be eligible to enrol into the Madressa.</p> <p><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>Deadline:</strong></span> Friday 26th of July 2024</p> <p><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>Academic Year 2024/2025: </strong></span><strong>The new academic year will start on Sunday 22nd of September 2024</strong> – please make a note of this date in your diary.</p> <p>For students joining the new Reception cohort in Madressa, please note the following dates for your diary:</p> <ul> <li>A parent and student orientation morning will take place on Sunday <strong>22nd of September 2024 at 11.15am – 12.15pm</strong></li> <li>Classes for the new reception students will commence on Sunday <strong> 29th of September 2024</strong></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>Existing students:</strong></span> must complete the enrolment process including payment of full fees or the first instalment of their standing order by <span style="color: #000000;"><strong>26th July 2024</strong></span> at the latest. <strong>Any existing student in Madressa where this is not the case will be considered as not enrolling for 2024 and their space will automatically be re-allocated to a child in our waiting list.</strong></p> <p><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>Unpaid Fees 2023/24:</strong></span> If full fees for 2023/24 have not been settled, we will <strong><u>not be able to accept</u></strong> re-enrolment for students where these are outstanding. Parents can check their child鈥檚 fee status at the time of enrolment as it will show any unpaid fees for prior years. If you believe you have settled our fees for those prior years, please email us on <a href="mailto:admin@madressa.net">admin@madressa.net</a> and send us the payment confirmation email that you received at the time of settling enrolment</p> <p><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>Class 10 (HED) 2024/2025</strong>:</span> For students who are currently in Class 9 and will be moving into the Higher Education Department in September 2024 unfortunately we only have limited number of spaces in this class as it is run as a mixed class and the current capacity is limited to 60 students. Therefore allocations for this class only will be on a <strong><u>first come first served basis</u></strong>. Children of Madressa volunteers (as defined in our admission and fee policy) will be afforded a priority in enrolment into this class should they enrol by the deadline<em>. </em>If you expect that you may not be able to timely enrol for this class please email <a href="mailto:admin@madressa.net">admin@madressa.net</a> as soon as possible and we can further discuss any extenuating circumstances.</p> <p><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>New students</strong></span> must submit an application to the Madressa by <span style="color: #000000;"><strong>26 July 2024</strong></span>.
