/> </div><div>　　锅炉给水泵是根据工业锅炉给排水有关规范开发的新产品。由于采用了使用的节能产品的水利模型，锅炉给水泵效率高、性能范围广，更好的满足使用要求，在结构上采用了卧式、多级泵分段形式，因而运行安全、平稳、噪音低、寿命长、安装维修方便。此型泵特别适用于工业锅炉给排水、冷却水输送等。也可以通过改变材质、密封形式和增加冷却系统用于输送热水、油品、腐蚀性介质等。<br /> </div><div>　　锅炉给水泵主要由轴承、吸入段、中段、导叶、末导叶、出水段、吐出侧冷却函体及转子部件等主要零件用拉紧螺栓联接而成。采用双平衡鼓加止推轴承来平衡轴向力。同时保证在给水泵频繁启停时平衡盘和平衡套不产生研磨或研磨较少。轴端密封采用机械密封。径向轴承采用四油楔轴瓦，油楔由机加工保证，不需刮瓦。自润滑或由油系统(油站或偶合器)供给。<br /> </div><div>　　锅炉给水泵适用于工业和城市给排水、高层建筑增压供水，园林喷灌、消防增压、远距离送水、采暖、浴室等冷暖水循环增压及设备配套等，尤其适用于小型锅炉给水，广泛用于石油化工、热水循环、环保产业、纯净水输送等行业。<br /> </div><div><strong>　　锅炉给水泵运行原理：</strong><br /> </div><div>　　泵壳体部分主要由轴承体、前段、中段、后段、导叶等用螺栓连接成整体，前段吸入口中线与水平垂直，也可呈水平线。后段吐出中线与水平垂直，也可呈水平线。<br /> </div><div>　　转子部分主要由轴及安装在轴上的叶轮、轴套、平衡盘等零件组成。轴上零件用平键和轴套螺母紧固使之与轴成为一体。整个转子由两端轴承支承在泵壳体上，转子部分中叶轮是根据泵的级数而定。转子由电机驱动，从电机端看，泵为顺时针方向旋转。<br /> </div><div>　　锅炉给水泵轴用滚动轴承，按型号不同而定，均不承受轴向力，泵在运行中允许转子部分在泵壳体中轴向游动，不能采用向心球轴承。轴承内用钙基黄油润换。<br /> </div><div>　　泵的前段、中段、后段之间密封均采用二硫化钼润滑脂润滑，转子部件部分与固定部分之间靠密封环、导叶套、填料等密封，当密封环和导叶套的磨损程度已影响泵的工作和性能时应予以即使更换。<br
