The Scottish Republican Socialist Clubs were formed in May 1973, becoming the Scottish Republican Socialist Party in 1981 and back to a cross party Scottish Republican Socialist Movement to join the SSP, which we disaffiliated from. Our past members and their sacrifices are not forgotten. Many were deceased before the computer age and have little written about them, such as stalwarts; John Carlyle of Govanhill, Glasgow and John Munro, Cathkin Braes.
