mt-10 "><p>وزیر اعلیٰ خیبر پختونخوا علی امین گنڈاپور نے کہا ہے کہ ہمارے ظرف کو ہماری کمزوری نہ سمجھا جائے اور اگر پالیسی سافٹ ویئر اپ ڈیٹ کی ہے تو سافٹ ویئر اپ ڈیٹ ہم بھی کر سکتے ہیں، میں افغانستان سے بطور وزیر صوبہ بات کروں گا اور ان کے ساتھ بیٹھ کر بات چیت سے مسئلہ حل کروں گا۔</p> <p>وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا علی امین گنڈا پور نے پشاور میں وکلا سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ جب ریاست سے انصاف نہیں ملتا تو ریاست کے شہری کو چاہے آپ کتنی ہی سہولیات دے دیں وہ پرسکون نہیں ہو سکتا، بدقسمتی سے ہم لوگ ایسا نہیں کر سکے اور اس کی وجہ یہ تھی ہم نے ہر چیز کو سیاست کی نذر کیا اور میں کا بت نہیں توڑا اور سمجھوتہ کیا، یہی وجہ ہے کہ آج ہمارا عدالتی نظام دنیا میں جس نمبر پر آتا ہے اس پر ہمیں شرم آتی ہے۔</p> <p>انہوں نے کہا کہ اس کو ٹھیک ہم نے کرنا ہے، کوئی باہر سے آ کر ٹھیک نہیں کر سکتا، وکلا سے درخواست ہے کہ ایسے کیس نہ لیں جس میں کسی کے انصاف کی حق تلفی ہو رہی ہو، آپ کا مقصد کیس جیتنا نہیں بلکہ انصاف دینا ہے۔</p> <p>ان کا کہنا تھا کہ جب تک ہم قانون کی حکمرانی قائم نہیں کریں گے ہم پیچھے ہی جاتے جائیں گے، آئین کی بالادستی ہم پر فرض ہے، ہمارے ملک میں یہ آئین بار بار ٹوٹ چکا ہے لیکن آج تک سزا نہیں ہوئی، یہ آئین پھر ٹوٹے گا اور کوئی اسے توڑنے کی بار بار جرات کرے گا کیونکہ سزا نہیں ہو رہی، جب سزا ہو گی تو کوئی جرات نہیں کرے گا۔</p> <p>وزیر اعلیٰ نے کہا کہ آئین توڑنے والوں کو آئین کے مطابق سزا دینی ہو گی اور سب سیاسی جماعتوں نے سیاسی وابستگی سے بالاتر ہو کر یہ سوچنا ہو گا کہ آپ کو بطور انسان اور پاکستانی شہری کیا حکم دیا گیا ہے، جس نے ہم یہ سوچ اپنا لی تو ہمارے 99فیصد کیسز حل ہو جائیں گے۔</p> <p>ان کا کہنا تھا کہ قرآن میں جابر حکمران کے خلاف آواز بلند کرنے اور جاں سے جہاد کرنے کا غکم دیا گیا ہے، میں کسی کو اکسا نہیں رہا بلکہ یہ حکم قرآن میں دیا گیا ہے، میں لوگوں کو یہ بات بتاؤں گا اور اس پر عمل بھی کروں گا، اس سے مجھے کوئی نہیں روک سکتا۔</p> <p>انہوں نے کہا کہ کوئی ناراض ہو جاتا ہے کہ آپ ہمارا نام نہ لیں، کیا میں آپ سے جھوٹ بولوں، آپ کی چاپلوسی کروں، کیا میں منافق بنا جاؤں، کیا آپ کو نہ بتاؤں کہ آپ کے اقدامات سے نفرت پھیل رہی ہے، کیا نہ بتاؤں کہ آپ کو عمل کررہے ہیں وہ آئین اور قانون کی خلاف ورزی ہے، میں آپ کا غلام نہیں ہوں، میں آزاد ہوں، نہ کوئی میری آزادی چھین سکتا ہے نہ میری زبان بند کر سکتا ہے البتہ اگر مجھ میں غلطی ہے تو میں اصلاح کے لیے تیار ہوں لیکن نہ میں چاپلوس ہوں نہ کسی کا چمچہ ہوں۔</p> <p>علی امین گنڈاپور نے کہا کہ دو پاکستان نہیں چل سکتے، دو قانون اور نظام نہیں چل سکتے، اس پر ہمیں اسٹینڈ لینا پڑے گا، آج میرا لیڈر جس کیس پر اندر ہے اس توشہ خانہ کے اندر وہ غیرقانونی طور پر جیل کاٹ رہا ہے۔</p> <p>انہوں نے کہا کہ نیب احتساب کے لیے نہیں بلکہ انتقام کے لیے بنی ہوئی ہے، ادارے احتساب کے لیے نہیں انتقام لینے کے لیے بنے ہوئے ہیں، اگر میری پولیس قانون پر عملدرآمد کے بجائے کسی سے انتقام لینے کے لیے استعمال ہو گی تو یہ نظام نہیں چل سکتا، یہ نظام اس حد تک گر چکا ہے کہ کوئی بھی شخص خود کو محفوظ تصور نہیں کرتا۔</p> <p>ان کا کہنا تھا کہ چھ مہینے سے ایک صوبے کا وزیر اعلیٰ کہہ رہا ہے کہ میرے اوپر ایک گھنٹے میں سات ضلع میں ایف آئی آر ہے اور میں وہاں موجود نہیں ہوں، میری ایف آئی آر دکھا دو، میری ایک ویڈیو دکھا دو، کسی کے کان پر جوں تک نہیں رینگ رہی۔</p> <p>اپنی گفتگو جاری رکھتے ہوئے تحریک انصاف کے رہنما نے کہا کہ میں للکاروں تو میری بات پسند نہیں آتی، میں تمہارا نوکر ہوں، میں تمہارا ملازم یا مزارع ہوں، میں پاکستان کا شہری اور ایک آزاد انسان ہوں، آپ کو مجھے جواب دینا پڑے گا اور آپ مجھے جواب نہیں دیں گے تو میں بولوں گا اور پوچھوں گا، میں آواز اونچی کروں گا، میں نکلوں گا کیونکہ مجھے آئین کہتا ہے۔</p> <p>انہوں نے کہا کہ پرسوں پتا چلا کہ میں نے ایک ڈی ایس پی کی کنپٹی پر پستول رکھا ہے، میں آپ کو لکھ کر دے رہا ہوں کہ میں نے تو کوئی نیلی وردی والا بندہ دیکھا ہی نہیں ہے، پورے راستے میں آتے اور جاتے ہوئے میں نے اسلام آباد پولیس کی کوئی نیلی وردی نہیں دیکھی، ڈی ایس پی تم سے جو یہ کہہ رہا ہے اور کروا رہا ہے میں اس کا نام بھی اگلواؤں گا اور تم سے پوچھوں گا کہ تم نے کس کے کہنے پر یہ کام کیا ہے۔</p> <p>وزیر اعلیٰ نے کہا کہ جس جیل سپرنٹنڈنٹ نے میرے گرفتار شدہ کسی شخص کو چاہیے وہ میری پارٹی کا ہے یا نہیں، اگر قانون توڑ کر جیل سے نکال کر کسی کے حوالے سے کیا ہے تو سپرنٹنڈنٹ صاحب تمہیں اس کا نام بتانا ہو گا اور سپرنٹنڈنٹ صاحب تم نام لو گے، اگر سافٹ ویئر اپ ڈیٹ وہاں سے ہو سکتا ہے تو یہاں سے بھی ہو سکتا ہے، اگر پالیسی سافٹ ویئر اپ ڈیٹ کی ہے تو سافٹ ویئر اپ ڈیٹ ہم بھی کر سکتے ہیں۔</p> <p>انہوں نے کہا کہ کسی کے ظرف کو اس کی کمزوری نہ سمجھا جائے کیونکہ جس دن ہم اپنی طاقت کو یہ سمجھ کر کسی پر آزمائیں گے کہ وہ کمزور ہے تو فرعون نے ہر پیدا ہونے والے بچے کو مار دیا تھا لیکن آخر میں انجام کیا ہوا، اپنے ہی گھر میں موسیٰ آ گیا، ہمیں موسیٰ بننا پڑے گا۔</p> <p>ان کا کہنا تھا کہ اگر آپ پاکستان یہ کام شروع کررہے ہیں کہ میں پنجاب، سندھ، اسلام آباد اور بلوچستان نہیں جاسکتا تو چیلنج کرتا ہوں کہ تم جعلی پرچے میں آؤ اور مجھے گرفتار کرو کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے مجھے ناجائز ہاتھ اٹھانے والے کو جواب دینے کا حق دیا ہے، بس بہت ہو گیا ہے۔</p> <p>علی امین گنڈاپور نے کہا کہ میں ڈیوٹیاں دینے والے اپنے پولیس اہلکاروں کو سلام پیش کرتا ہوں لیکن ان کو بدنام غلط پالیسیاں کررہی ہیں، میں ان غلط پالیسیوں والوں سے کہتا ہوں کہ ان پر رحم کھا لو، میں نے ایپکس کمیٹی کے اجلاسوں میں کہا کہ میری پولیس کا خون بہہ رہا ہے لیکن ان کو پرواہ ہی نہیں ہے۔</p> <p>انہوں نے کہاکہ میں کہہ رہا ہوں کہ افغانستان کے پاس مجھے وفد بھیجنے دو، افغانستان ہمارے پڑوسی ہیں، ہم ایک زبان بولتے ہیں اور ہماری 1200 کلومیٹر سے زیادہ طویل سرحد ہے، مجھے ان سے بات کرنے دو کہ پاکستان میں کیا ہو رہا ہے کیونکہ خون میرا بہہ رہا ہے لیکن ان کو پرواہ ہی نہیں ہے۔</p> <p>ان کا کہنا تھا کہ میں خود افغانستان سے بات کروں گا، میں بطور وزیر صوبہ بات کروں گا، وفد بھیج کر ملاقات کروں
