In this respect, the User undertakes to indemnify PSL against all claims, actions or recourse of any nature whatsoever that may result therefrom, and to compensate PSL for any damages, costs or indemnities arising therefrom.</p> <p><strong>PSL's liability</strong></p> <p>PSL ensures that the Site is regularly updated, but cannot guarantee Users the accuracy and/or timeliness of all information published.
