In order\r\nto have a successful implementation of electronic government\r\nstrategy and benefiting from its complete potential and benefits and\r\ngenerally for establishment and applying of electronic government, it\r\nis necessary to have different infrastructures as the basics of\r\nelectronic government with lack of which it is impossible to benefit\r\nfrom mentioned services. For this purpose, in this paper we have\r\nmanaged to recognize relevant obstacles for establishment of\r\nelectronic government in Iran. All required data for recognition of\r\nobstacles were collected from statistical society of involved\r\nspecialists of Ministry of Communications & Information\r\nTechnology of Iran and Information Technology Organization of\r\nTehran Municipality through questionnaire. Then by considering of\r\nfive-point Likert scope and \u03bc =3 as the index of relevant factors of\r\nproposed model, we could specify current obstacles against\r\nelectronic government in Iran along with some guidelines and\r\nproposal in this regard. According to the results, mentioned obstacles\r\nfor applying of electronic government in Iran are as follows:\r\nTechnical & technological problems, Legal, judicial & safety\r\nproblems, Economic problems and Humanistic Problems.","references":"[1] T.
