Alda led the PE-backed startup of TI, building a team of 18 industry experts focused on financing and developing macro towers, small cells and fiber. Before joining TI, Alda was Principal/Owner of Front Range Infrastructure Consulting, LLC advising clients in the fiber and wireless industry. Previously, she worked for the Zayo Group during its transition from PE-backed through IPO as VP and Senior Director of various business units including data center, dark fiber and small cells. Prior to Zayo, Alda managed the Chicago and Federal engineering offices for EYP Mission Critical Facilities, a data center design and consulting company, which was acquired by Hewlett Packard. Alda began her career as a licensed Electrical Engineer. He got his start as an embedded project manager working to deploy a multi-state microwave backhauled roaming network, and then in 2014 began managing Tilson’s small cell program and started its engineering group. Currently serving as the Director of Product for Towers and Poles, Will utilizes his varied background experiences to thoughtfully work through client problems and come up with the most economical service and real estate solutions that will solve their issues. Prior to joining Tilson, Henry was a speechwriter and management consultant based in Washington, D.C.
