Each is a valid component in the larger scheme of things.</p><p id="3026" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">All thoughts and behaviours of all beings stem from these three fundamental modes in which nature operates.</p><p id="5d56" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">This primordial truth is explained beautifully in The Geeta or Lord’s Song.<br/>It is perfectly situated as the crown jewel of Sanatana Dharma.</p><p id="f0f3" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">Sanatana Dharma is an ancient dharma, that is still followed in the East and spreading worldwide.</p><p id="0a51" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">The superficial and ritualistic aspects of Yoga, and Krishna Consciousness have a more physical manifestation as Asanas, Rites, Bhajans and idol worship.</p><p id="da01" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">But the subtle science of the spirit is grasped by one in a million people. These are the liberated souls. These souls have discovered their real nature is transcendental to the modes of material nature.</p><p id="c7f8" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">This does not mean they are free from the natural laws like Karma and Dharma. They don’t falsely identify with the ego and are always situated as the Self.</p><p id="fb3e" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">The Self is the indweller of all beings which is free from the reactions of the body and th.e mind</p><p id="2eb8" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">The Self is ever pure, without any material attachments that haunt the conditioned soul. The material nature bewilders the conditioned souls.</p><p id="f742" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">The liberated souls look at the ignorance faced by the conditioned souls<br/>They feel the sorrow of these fallen souls and are compelled to act to alleviate their suffering from ignorance</p><p id="7752" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">Ego by nature is compelled to identify with the body and the subtle personality. That gives us the experience of meaning and a sense of purpose while in this world.</p><p id="ca64" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">The false identification with the body and the subtle body(Personality).<br/>Attachment to the personality is called Ahamkara( False ego)</p><p id="3d5d" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">The Ahamkara is the root of all evil.</p><p id="e195" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">Humility, reverence and devotion to the indweller of the heart are the antidotes to the Ahamkara or sense of doership( *I* did it).</p><p id="c136" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">The claiming of the action is attachment to the body and the mind.<br/>When you claim an action, you will be bound to its results.</p><p id="82e5" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">As you perform your duties of being a human in a society, you do your work.<br/>In the line of work, you are faced with activities that might cause harm to another being inevitably</p><p id="34d5" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">Therefore abandoning the fruits of the actions is the formula for liberation.<br/>Seek neither good nor bad fruits of the actions and you soon are free from the cycles of karma and eventual rebirth.</p><p id="0e34" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">Therefore it is important to Shravan (listening), Manan (contemplation) and Nididhyasan (meditation) on the words of the men of steady wisdom( Sitta Pragyas) and Jeevan Muktas. ( Liberated souls)</p><p id="5ccf" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">However, it’s important to have a healthy scepticism, and scientific temper Stick to what feels good to your heart ( Your heart always knows the way, you just have to trust it.)</p><p id="3294" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">Learn from everyone, the rivers, the sun, the moon, the clouds, the ocean, the sky, the air. They all do their duty without complaining.</p><p id="a287" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">The prime duty of a human being is to discover their own nature ( Self Realization ) and Give expression to it ( Self Actualization )</p><p id="6987" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">You should assess the levels of the Gunas within you and seek fields to exhaust the existing Vasanas( Karmic impressions).</p><p id="9e4f" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">The Gunas can be examined in a neutral way during meditations to give you clarity over what your nature ( Swadharma) is.</p><p id="1e4b" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">Once you discover your predominant Guna, you give expression to it by seeking opportunities to exhaust these compulsive desires.</p><p id="cbcb" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">Desires are born out of ignorance of the Atma Rama( The bliss of the soul).<br/>Our primary desire is to be loved and be loved unconditionally.</p><p id="3ac1" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">We are pleasure-seeking spiritual beings trapped in the material encasing. <br/>The pleasure we seek is spiritual and the material sensory pleasures are considered lower.</p><p id="3354" class="pw-post-body-paragraph np nq gu nr b ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om gn bk">They are lower because they aren’t lasting.
