1.查看燃气是否到位，低氮燃烧器管路的是否干净通畅，阀门是否已开启。 1.有无管路泄露现象，管道安装是否合理。 2.从燃气阀前管道放气排空以确保管路中无混合空气，同时排空管应接出室外。 3.低氮燃烧器燃烧机内部检查 4.低氮燃烧器的燃烧头是否安装和调整好。 5.电机旋转的方向是否正确。 6.外部的电路联接是否符合要求。 1.从压力方面的保养:这种养护方法适用于停止运行但是短暂维修不超过一周的锅炉，将炉内的水垢及时清理干净，并重新加入合格的软化水，使燃气热水锅炉里的水温在夏季时保持十度左右，冬季不能结冰；锅炉内也要定期给水，保持锅炉内压力为正常的数值，防止空气进入锅筒。 2.湿法保养:此种养护的手段适用于停炉时间没有超过一个月的燃气热水锅炉，同时将里面的杂质都清理干净；其次关闭所有的入孔以及阀门等，再用的汞将配制好的碱性保护溶液放入锅炉内；在整个保养时间，应该定期用微火烘炉，保持受热表面的干燥性。 3.干法保养:干法保养适用于停炉时间长的燃气热水锅炉，其次也要与正在运行中的锅炉完全隔绝，同时要求干燥剂不可以与锅炉受热的表面进行直接接触，一个月内应该检查干燥剂放在锅炉内会不会产生腐蚀现象。<br/><img
