Participation terms and conditions</strong></h2> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>In order to commence the promotion of the member’s material through Global Sustain portal, the member will need to sign a respective agreement contract with Global Sustain.</li> <li>Under no circumstance does the membership in Global Sustain provide the member with any right(s) of ownership and/or possession of any programme(s), image(s), text(s), software, project(s) or equipment that is/are used by Global Sustain.</li> <li>According to the subscription, the member has the right for the period of 1 (one) year from the signature day of the agreement contract between the member and the Global Sustain, to maintain for promotion reasons only on specified and predefined locations a logo, image or graphic file, material, reports, press releases, etc of his choice and which has to apply to the terms and conditions of an Agreement between Global Sustain and the membe.</li> <li>Global Sustain reserves the right to postpone or deny material upload in case there is a breach of contract between Global Sustain and the member.</li> </ul> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>C.
