However, tickets may be exchanged for a later performance or credit vouchers, on condition that we receive the tickets at least 24 hours before the performance (7 days for group bookings). There is an administration fee of 拢2 per ticket.</p> <p>If you are <strong>not</strong> able to return the ticket(s) to the box office at least 24 hours before the performance, we may be able to resell them on your behalf. If the ticket(s) are successfully resold you will receive a credit voucher, minus an administration fee of 拢2 per ticket, however, please note that we must sell all of our own tickets first, before we will offer returned tickets for resale. Even for productions which have previously sold out we cannot guarantee successful resale of all returned tickets.
