India") and shall be open from 23rd April 2009 to 23rd May 2009 (both days inclusive) ("Contest Period") <br><br> 1. The Contest is open only to citizens of India and eighteen (18) year or older at the time of participating in the Contest. <br><br> 2. The participants will have to become a fan of any cricket team and score the points by participating in all the activities on the fan page. During the Contest Period, on a daily basis i.e from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. next day, the participant will have to score the highest points on the "FAN meter". <br><br> 3. Any entries for the Contest after the Contest Period shall be invalid and such entries shall not be considered for the Contest. <br><br> 4. Yahoo! India will choose 3 (three) daily winner by lucky draw out of the participants who have scored the highest points before the end of day i.e. upto 9.00 a.m. next day ("Daily Winner/s"). At the end of the Contest Period, Yahoo! India will select 3 (three) grand winners by lucky draw out of all the participants who have scored the highest points during the entire Contest Period ("Grand Winner/s"). (Collectively Daily Winner/s and Grand Winner/s shall be referred as "Winners"). <br><br> 5. Each Grand Winner/s will win one Ipod touch and each Daily Winner/s will win one merchandise (Prize/s). <br><br> 6. The Winners will be intimated via email/telephone on the email address or the telephone number submitted by them and the Winners will be invited to accept the Prize, the Winners must acknowledge acceptance of the same and provide such other documents/sufficient proof as requested by Yahoo! India within 72 (seventy two) hours of receiving an invite or such time as may be specified in the invite. In the event, any Winners is unable to acknowledge acceptance and provide Yahoo! India with required documents/sufficient proof, as requested for, to the satisfaction of Yahoo! India of obtaining the Prize. <br><br> 7. The Prize shall not be transferable/ redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained by Yahoo! India in this behalf. <br><br> 8. Any statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out/ in respect of such Prize, shall be payable by the Winners of the respective prize. <br><br> 9. All costs and expenses for collecting the Prize shall be borne by the Winners and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by Yahoo! India in this regard. <br><br> 10. Yahoo! India shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with Prizes. Yahoo! India shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by the Winners from or in relation to Prizes. <br><br> 11.
