Agent-based approaches offer several\r\npotential advantages over alternative approaches. Agent-based\r\nsystems exhibit high levels of flexibility and robustness in dynamic\r\nor unpredictable environments by virtue of their intrinsic autonomy.\r\nThe presented framework enables integration of different types of\r\nexpert agents, various kinds of learning objects and user modeling\r\ntechniques. It creates possibilities for adaptive e-learning process.\r\nThe KM e-learning system is in a process of implementation in\r\nVarna Free University and will be used for supporting the\r\neducational process at the University.","references":"[1] Sinha S., M.
