Rebates</h1> <p>The deadline for submitting annual financial reports is the last day of February, and the deadline for annual officer and meeting reports is 15 March 2020.  To be eligible for the 10% bonus, all reporting (financial, meeting, and officer) must be submitted by the third Friday in February.</p> <p> SECTIONS - Current Officer Confirmation Report (roster of incoming 2020 officers), report of a minimum of 5 Section, Chapter and/or Affinity Group meetings in 2019, and a financial report* for 2019 activity.</p> <p> COUNCILS - Current Officer Confirmation Report (roster of incoming 2020 officers) and if applicable, a financial report* for 2019 activity.  Councils do not receive a rebate unless there are eligible Chapters/Affinity Groups.  The Council Chapters/Affinity Groups (if any) submitting their required reporting are eligible for a $200 subsidy.</p> <p> SUBSECTIONS - Current Officer Confirmation Report (roster of incoming 2020 officers), report of a minimum of 5 of meetings (any type) in 2019 and, if applicable, a financial report* for 2019 activity.</p> <p> * The annual financial activity for some Subsections/Chapters/Affinity Groups is consolidated with the Section's financial instance in NetSuite.  For those Subsections/Chapters/Affinity Groups that report their financial activity to IEEE independently from the Section, please be sure to do so by last day of February 2020 (financial reporting deadline).</p> <p> For those Subsections/Chapters/Affinity Groups that consolidate their financial activity with the Section, please provide a list of expenses, and income, to the Section Treasurer.</p> <p>Eligible Chapters/Affinity Groups meeting the above requirements, will receive $200 which will be included in the 2020 Section/Council Rebate, to
