Prices may vary due to peak demand periods, changes in surcharges, fees, taxes or currency fluctuations.</p> <p>Prices listed are either per room or per person as stipulated on the website. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices do not include transport from the home port to the holiday destination and/or return, items of a personal nature, meals, transfers, supplier imposed levies and existing or proposed taxes and government charges, unless otherwise indicated.</p> <p>If we have to change any part of your booking for reasons beyond our control, for example, an Accommodation Supplier overbooks accommodation, we will notify you. If any such changes result in the itinerary costing more or otherwise being materially different from that originally booked, then you may cancel the holiday and we will refund any monies already paid less the booking fee and any charges levied by Suppliers.</p> <p>Some Suppliers may impose conditions that vary from the conditions stated on this website.</p> <p> <strong>Children's Prices</strong> </p> <p>In most cases, children's prices for accommodation featured on this web site refer to children occupying the same room/unit with at least two adults and using existing bedding. Additional charges may apply if extra beds (including rollaways and cots) are required.</p> <p style="font-size:16px"><strong>Deposits and Final Payment</strong> </p> <p> <strong> <u>For bookings made online</u> </strong> </p> <p>Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Only upon payment do you have a final booking with the Supplier of the relevant good and/or service. In arranging your booking, we are acting as the agent of the Supplier for the relevant Product, and at no time do you have a contract with us.</p> <p>You must be at least 18 years of age in order to make a booking and you must provide the following information when making a booking:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Your full name</li> <li>Your email address</li> <li>Your credit card details</li> <li>Contact daytime telephone number</li> </ul> <p>You must ensure that your credit card details and email address are correct and valid at the time of booking. We take no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.</p> <p>Once your credit card details are processed, your booking details are automatically sent to the Supplier and a booking receipt and invoice are sent to your registered e-mail address. The booking receipt will need to be printed and presented to the Supplier upon check-in.</p> <p> <strong> <u>For bookings made with our reservations team via the telephone</u> </strong> </p> <p> <strong>Deposits</strong></p> <p>A minimum deposit of $55 per adult or $110 per booking for domestic & international bookings, whichever is greater, is required within 7 days of confirmation of the booking, unless otherwise advised at the time of booking. A deposit holds services but does not guarantee prices.</p> <p>Some Suppliers may impose Deposit and Final Payment conditions that vary from those stated above. Please check Individual Supplier conditions at the time of booking.</p> <p> <strong>Final Payment</strong></p> <p>Full payment of the booking cost must be made no later than 30 days prior to travel, or by sale end date, or by the payment deadline specified in individual package conditions, whichever is earliest.</p> <p>For bookings made 30 days or less prior to travel, but more than 7 days prior to travel, full payment of the booking cost must be made within 24 hours of confirmation of the booking.</p> <p>Please ensure payments are made within the specified time limits. If this does not happen, our computer system automatically cancels the booking without notice or liability to you.</p> <p>Only upon payment of the full cost of the booking does the client have a final booking with the Supplier of the relevant good and/or service. In arranging the booking, we are acting as the agent of the Supplier of the relevant Product and at no time does the client have a contract with us.</p> <p> <strong>The following specific conditions apply for Cruise & Sail Holidays and Rail Tours: </strong> </p> <p> <strong> <u>Cruise and Sail</u></strong></p> <p> <strong>Deposit</strong></p> <p>A minimum deposit of $55 per adult or $110 per booking for domestic & international bookings, whichever is greater, is required within 7 days of confirmation of the booking, unless otherwise advised at the time of booking. A deposit holds services but does not guarantee prices.</p> <p>In addition, a secured charter deposit of $550 per vessel and a signed charter agreement is required within 7 days of confirmation of the booking for all Skipper Yourself Holidays, unless otherwise advised at the time of booking.</p> <p> <strong>Final Payment</strong></p> <p>Full payment of the booking cost must be made no later than 60 days prior to travel for all Skipper Yourself Holidays and Private Crewed charters, and no later than 30 days prior to travel for all other cruises, or by sale end date, or by the payment deadline specified in the individual package conditions, whichever is earliest.</p> <p>For all Skipper Yourself Holidays and Private Crewed charter bookings made 60 days or less prior to travel, and for other cruise bookings made 30 days or less prior to travel, but more than 7 days prior to travel, full payment of booking cost must be made within 24 hours of confirmation of the booking.</p> <p>If the booking is made 7 days or less prior to travel, full payment of the booking cost is required at the time the booking is confirmed.</p> <p>For Wilderness Cruise bookings, other deposit and final payment conditions apply. Please check Individual Supplier conditions at the time of booking.</p> <p> <strong>Bond</strong></p> <p>For all Skipper Yourself Holidays, a Bond is payable direct to the Supplier on or prior to the commencement of a charter.</p> <p> <strong> <u>Rail Tours</u></strong></p> <p> <strong>Deposit</strong></p> <p>A non-refundable deposit of $220 per person is required within 7 days of confirmation of the booking, unless otherwise advised at the time of booking. A deposit holds services but does not guarantee prices.</p> <p> <strong>Final Payment</strong></p> <p>Full payment of the booking cost must be made no later than 60 days prior to travel.</p> <p>For bookings made 60 days or less prior to travel, but more than 30 days prior to travel, full payment of booking cost must be made within 24 hours of confirmation of the booking.</p> <p>If the booking is made 30 days or less prior to travel, full payment of booking cost is required at the time the booking is confirmed.</p> <p> <strong>Preferred Methods of Payment</strong> </p> <p>Our preferred methods of payment include:</p> <ul> <li> <strong>Online/Internet Banking*</strong> </li> <p>For our bank details regarding online/internet banking, please contact our reservations team and follow the payments selection. (This is not available to international customers).</p> <li> <strong>Credit/Charge Card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express)</strong> </li> </ul> <p> <strong>Bonds</strong> </p> <p>Bonds or credit card imprints are required by Car and Campervan Hire Suppliers, Yacht Charters and by most Accommodation Suppliers at the time of check-in to cover incidentals and fees not included in your holiday cost. Other bonds may apply at certain times of the year.</p> <p> <strong>Amendment Fees</strong> </p> <p>Any amendment to the booking is subject to the approval of the relevant Supplier. Any approved change to the booking prior to, at or after making final payment will incur an amendment fee of $27 in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier. Amendments to Last Minute Rate bookings are not permitted.</p> <p> <strong>Cancellations and Refunds</strong> </p> <p> <strong>Wholesale Rates:</strong></p> <p>Once paid the deposit is non refundable and is in addition to any fees imposed by the supplier which may be up to 100% of monies paid (refer to individual Suppliers Cancellation Policy). There will be no refund for cancellation once travel has commenced or for any unused services. Requests for refunds received more than 6 months after departure date will not be accepted.</p> <p>The Supplier's cancellation fees will be charged according to their specific cancellation policy. Individual Supplier cancellation fees will be displayed before you confirm your booking.</p> <p>If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your credit card.</p> <p>For Rail Tour bookings, a 100% cancellation fee applies unless the seat is resold. If the seat is resold, payment will be refunded less your non-refundable deposit.</p> <p> <strong>Last Minute Rates: <i>(where specified online as ‘last-minute rates’ and for travel within the next 90 days) </i></strong></p> <p>Last Minute Rates are subject to very strict Cancellation Policies as imposed by the Suppliers and it’s important to always check and take note of the Cancellation Policy listed under the “Room Info” section of each Last Minute Rate.</p> <p> <strong>Late Bookings</strong> </p> <p>A fee of $20 will be charged for any late booking which necessitates documents being forwarded by Registered Post, Express Post or Courier.</p> <p> <strong>Travelling Without Tickets</strong> </p> <p>In the case of short notice bookings, we can arrange for documents to be sent directly to the Supplier.</p> <p> <strong>Photographs</strong> </p> <p>Images displayed on this web site are included as a guide only. Hotel room photographs are representative only and actual rooms occupied may vary in décor and inclusions from those shown.</p> <p> <strong>Responsibility</strong> </p> <p>Information featured on this web site has been supplied by the people and organisations (Suppliers) providing the various goods and/or services (Products). In supplying this information to you, we are acting as the agent of such Suppliers. All airfares are subject to availability and special conditions apply to each fare. Airfares booked online require full payment at the time of booking. If flexible payment terms are required, please contact our Call Centre who can assist you with airfares that are able to be held before payment is required.</p> <ul> <li>Airfares booked online must be booked in conjunction with Confirmed accommodation. There are minimum night stay conditions enforced with wholesale airfares. </li> <li>Passenger Names must be entered exactly as detailed on the Customer’s passport (for international travel) or on photographic identification (for domestic travel). Names entered incorrectly are then subject to airline specific terms and conditions and may attract fees.</li> <li>The booking of Air services online may attract a non-commissionable ‘Air Booking Fee’ which is charged per person per sector, excluding infants.</li> <li>The booking of a combination of Air services online may result in the creation of multiple airline bookings. It is essential that these transfers are pre-booked. Some Tour Suppliers provide complimentary pick up and return to your holiday accommodation. All tours and transfers must be re-confirmed with the Supplier 24 hours prior to departure directly with the service provider.</p> <p> <strong>Tours</strong> </p> <p>Some tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. If minimum numbers are not achieved tours may be cancelled at short notice. Additionally, some Suppliers reserve the right to cancel departures for other reasons. Some tours and itineraries may also vary and attractions may be substituted due to seasonal conditions. We will not be held liable for a service variation, cancellation, delay or withdrawal, or a Supplier's failure to notify you.</p> <p> <strong>Important Note</strong> </p> <p>In the case of any problem, it is imperative you inform the Supplier immediately in order for the Supplier to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you do not do so it may hinder the ability of the Supplier to resolve your concerns and to ensure your stay is exactly to your liking.</p> <p> <strong>International Passport and Visa Requirements</strong> </p> <p>It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of any visas required for their destination.
