As expected, their install wiped out all the data & all of the programs I've added in the 2 years I've owned it. I'd done a global backup on to a clone drive. When I got my laptop back I discovered that in all the Apple applications some of the letter keys on my laptop no longer work!!! Meaning I need to schedule another Genius Bar appointment to generate another repair. Trouble is now I have to spend an eternity on the phone on hold so I can make another appointment. Waste of time & perception of incredibly poor customer support by Apple. For me that wasn't much of an issue, but I can see how people dislike that. That is why there is the Apple Support App, that is the app you use if you need support. Anyway for the Apple Store app it's ok, it has all of the Apple products and accessories from the website. I've never had it crash or anything like that which is nice. One thing I dislike is the fact that it asks me to turn Bluetooth on.
