“世界风筝都”潍坊市位于山东半岛中部，是一座新兴的旅游城市。</FONT> <P align=justify> 这里历史悠久，早在7000多年前的新石器时代，境内就有氏族部落生产和生活。夏代、商代分别建有封国，春秋、战国时期，分属齐、鲁等国。青州是我国历史上的古九州之一。久远的历史给潍坊境内留下了不同时期的文化群带，有古遗址、 古建筑、古石刻和遗像等不可移动文物1800多处，其中国家级重点文物3处，省级27处，县级400多处。地处齐国故地的潍坊，自古以来人才辈出。齐国政治家晏婴，东汉经学大师郑玄，北魏农学家贾思勰，北宋画家张择端，诗人李清照等文化名人灿若星辰。原籍他乡而在潍坊为官做事的名士，也为数众多。北宋宰相寇准、文学家欧阳修、范仲淹、苏轼，清代郑板桥等，都在这里留下了不少诗文墨迹，至今流传于世，为中外游客所仰颂。</P> 潍坊共有各类旅游景点50余处，也是举办多种专项旅游的好地方。八十年代以来，在充分挖掘、整理本地民俗旅游资源的基础上，新开辟了千里民俗旅游线，开创了我国民俗旅游的先河，每年都吸引着数以千计的中外游客，成为全国最有影响的民俗旅游区。旅游者在这里可以观赏到“小巧玲珑、匀称紧凑、兼有南北园林特色”的十笏园；“扬州八怪”之一郑板桥的书画真迹；稀世珍宝山旺古生物化石；有“东小泰山”之称的沂山风光；清澈透底、四季恒温的名泉老龙湾；堪与香山媲美的石门坊红叶；隋唐时期雕刻而成的齐鲁最大佛窟——驼山石佛造像；“寿比南山”、“人无寸高”源于此的云门山石刻大“寿”字；中国三大画市之一的杨家埠木版年画；石家庄的农家风俗和田园生活；全国唯一的风筝博物馆；“东方迪斯尼”富华游乐园；“人与自然和谐统一”的青云山民俗游乐园；被称为民间艺术“三绝”的高密剪纸、泥塑、扑灰年画；全国著名的寿光蔬菜、花卉等。每年4月20日举办的潍坊国际风筝会（风筝节）期间，这里是风筝的海洋，不同肤色的人们云集鸢都，共享蓝天，可以尽情地放风筝、赛风筝、购风筝、赏风光、尝风味。丰富多彩的民俗旅游、娱乐旅游和观光旅游、田园生态旅游，可使来自异国他乡的游客尽情地领略潍坊风格独特的乡土文化。</P>
