They do not have the proper functionality required for an ERP system. Their customer service is pathetic. While acquiring this software, we had a discussion with a person named Govind. Nowadays, when we face issues, he does not receive our calls. We acquired this software in June, and today is February, yet we are unable to use it. They can't understand Hindi or English. After 9 months, they are saying they don't have this option or that option. They don't even have a proper ledger option. Their synchronization system with our portal is pathetic. My suggestion is that no one should buy this software. It is a total waste of money.
