This is the fee for one academic year, if you enter Imperial during the year advertised.</p> </div><div class="row wysiwyg"> <h2>Inflationary increases</h2> <p>If your programme lasts for more than one year, you should budget and expect your fees for subsequent years to increase each year by an amount linked to inflation. These uplifts will only apply after your first year of study.</p> <p>The Home rate of fee for undergraduate students is regulated by the UK Government, these fees may be increased by an amount linked to the RPIX. Imperial College London does not have any control over the decision to adjust these fees.</p> <p>The Home rate of fee for some research students is regulated by UK Research and Innovation and may be increased each year by an amount linked to the GDP Deflator. Imperial College London does not have any control over the decision to adjust these fees. Research programmes that charge the UKRI fee will be clearly identified on the fee schedules and pages.</p> <p>The fees for all other students will be increased each year by an amount up to the average change in the CPI over the twelve months up to March in the year of the uplift.</p> <h3>Interrupting, repeating or deferring your studies</h3> <p>Your fee is based on the year you start studying at Imperial.</p> <p>If you start a course in 2023, for example, and repeat a year or resume your studies after an interruption, your fees will be the fee that applied in 2023, plus any inflationary increases that have occurred. Your fee will not include any other fee increases that may have been applied to new entrants to the course in subsequent years.</p> <p>If you defer entry, your fee will be based on the fee that applies in the year in which you start your course.</p> <h2>Amendment to payment terms</h2> <p>Tuition fee payment terms are subject to annual revision and Imperial College London reserves the right to amend or update these terms.
