for the time<MG2540> is near<MG1451>. <p class="hdg">Message to the Seven Churches</p><p class="paragraph"><span class="reftext"><a href="/revelation/1-4.htm"><b>4</b></a></span>John<MG2491> to the seven<MG2033> churches<MG1577> that are in Asia<MG773>: Grace<MG5485> to you and peace<MG1515> from Him who is, and who was, and who <span class="fn"><a href="#fn">[c]</a></span>is to come<MG2064>, and from the <span class="fn"><a href="#fn">[d]</a></span>seven<MG2033> spirits<MG4151> who<MG3739> are before<MG1799> His throne<MG2362>, <span class="reftext"><a href="/revelation/1-5.htm"><b>5</b></a></span>and from Jesus<MG2424> Christ<MG5547>, the faithful<MG4103> witness<MG3144>, the firstborn<MG4416a> of the dead<MG3498>, and the ruler<MG758> of the kings<MG935> of the earth<MG1093>.
