If necessary, a fourth additional reviewer will be involved. The Program Committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation at the conference. The result of the review will be announced to the submitting authors by email, along with reviewer comments, if any.</p> <p>We are pleased to announce that due to the sponsorship of <a target="_blank" href="https://acnsci.org">ACNS</a>, the <a target="_blank" href="https://acnsci.org">Educational Dimension</a> editorial board, and the <a href="https://operas-eu.org/projects/sues/" target="_blank">SUES (Supporting Ukrainian Editorial Staff)</a> initiative, authors of accepted papers will have the option to choose between two publication opportunities: <ul> <li>The first option is the "Book chapter" choice, where accepted papers in English will be published in the conference proceedings book by SCITEPRESS – Science and Technology Publications (DOI: 10.5220). This publication will be available in the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.scitepress.org/">SCITEPRESS Digital Library</a>.</li> <li>The second option is the "Journal article" choice, where accepted papers in English, German, and Ukrainian will be published in the Educational Dimension journal by <a href="https://acnsci.org/" target="_blank">ACNS – Academy of Cognitive and Natural Sciences</a> (DOI: 10.55056). This publication will be available in <a href="https://acnsci.org/ed" target="_blank">Open Access</a> format.</li> </ul> <p>We encourage authors to carefully consider which publication opportunity best fits their research needs and goals. We are proud to offer these options and believe they will provide valuable exposure for the outstanding research presented at ICHTML. </div> <div class="col-md-12"> <h4 class="section-title">Primary requirements</h4> <ul type="1"> <li> Submissions should be: <ul type="a"> <li>basically, correct and sound;</li> <li>original (not published elsewhere partly or in full and not submitted to other venues for simultaneous consideration);</li> <li>within the conference scope;</li> <li>presented at the conference (at least one article's author should attend).</li> </ul> </li> <li>Up to 2 papers per author (including as co-authors) are accepted.</li> <li> Authors utilizing language models (LLMs) to aid in idea generation or drafting of papers should explicitly disclose their usage, providing complete transparency about the LLM employed (including name, version, model, and source) within the submitted paper; such usage must be appropriately documented in the Methods section or acknowledgement section of the manuscript. Authors are urged to verify accuracy and are reminded that, as named authors, they bear complete responsibility for the entire content of the work..</li> <li> Authors must ensure citations enhance value, remain unbiased, support relevant points, and avoid redundant references—particularly to self or others' works—to manipulate citation scores, maintaining ethical standards. The editors reserve the right to exclude excessive citations if these are considered to be potential acts of citation manipulation.</li> <li> Please disclose any potential conflicts of interest in the acknowledgements section when you submit your article.</li> <li> Authors are encouraged to refer to the Committee on Publishing Ethics (COPE) for all aspects of publication ethics (<a href="https://publicationethics.org/" target="_blank">https://publicationethics.org/</a>) and to conform to the ethical rules described on strictly  <a href="https://publicationethics.org/files/editable-bean/COPE_Core_Practices_0.pdf" target="_blank">COPE Core Practices</a>, <a href="https://publicationethics.org/files/Principles_of_Transparency_and_Best_Practice_in_Scholarly_Publishingv3.pdf" target="_blank">Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing</a>, in particular:</li> <ul> <li>A single study is not split up into several parts to increase the quantity of submissions and submitted to various edited book projects or journals or to one journal over time (e.g. "salami-publishing"). </li> <li>No data have been fabricated or manipulated (including images) to support the manuscript's conclusions. </li> <li>No data, text, or theories by others are presented as if they were the authors own ("plagiarism"). Proper acknowledgements to other works must be given (including closely copied material (near verbatim), summarized or paraphrased), quotation marks are used for verbatim copying of material, and permissions are secured for copyrighted material. </li> <li>Consent to submit has been received from all co-authors and responsible authorities at the institute/organization where the work has been carried out before submission. </li> <li>Authors whose names appear on the submission have contributed sufficiently to the scientific work and share collective responsibility and accountability for the results. </li> </ul> </ul> </div> <div class="col-md-12"> <p>  <h4 class="section-title">Formatting options</h4> ICHTML 2024 uses the SCITEPRESS and Educational Dimension LaTeX templates for the proceedings: <ul> <li>For preparing your submissions in English for the "Book chapter" choice, where accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings book by SCITEPRESS, please follow the <a target="_blank" href="example.pdf"> ICHTML 2024 Authors’ Instructions</a> guideline.
